inTAIL 2018 – Intelligent Retail, the first B2B conference dedicated to the role of new technologies and new strategies and how they are transforming the B2C distribution and the relationship with customers in any sector, was held at the MiCo – Milano Congressi on November 6. The event focused mainly on the effects of the use of Artificial Intelligence in the Retail sector, but it also talked about Big data, Augmented Reality, Virtual and Mixed, Internet of Things applied to Retail, Computer Vision and finally Robotica, all exhibited by industry experts who presented concrete case studies of companies that base their work on these technologies.
The very innovative format inspired by the international scenarios gave the opportunity to startups and incubators to network within the Innovation Valley, an area dedicated to selected projects.
The conference was organized by Business International, a division of Fiera Milano Media that aims to develop business relations systems, using information, training, communication, market analysis and marketing services, through a multimedia system that integrates traditional media with new media. Chairman of the initiative was the CEO and Co-Founder of ELSE Corp, Andrey Golub, who stated:
