ELSE Corp was one of the main Technological Partners also for this year’s edition of the Cosmoprof and Cosmopack Awards. The event, which took place in Bologna from Thursday, March 14 to Monday, March 18, was organized by Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna and dedicated to the entire beauty production chain.
Andrey Golub, CEO and Co-Founder of ELSE Corp, was invited for the second consecutive year to contribute for CosmoTalks, into a special panel of professionals, digital executives and market trendsetters presented their vision of what to expect in the coming years for the different retail channels related to the topic of “RETAIL X BEAUTY”. Andrey Golub presented an industry roadmap (“The Five Eras of Beauty Retailing”) concerning brands, retailers and consumer interactions starting from when technology was not widely used to present day, till the time when Augmented Reality displays and Artificial Intelligence are gaining more relevance with each day.
ELSE Corp was also participating as part of “The Concept Store” curated by Centdegrés, which allowed customers to experiment with cutting-edge technologies. The store featured four other companies in addition to ELSE Corp. Phillips Interact shared “Signify”, an app created to improve light performance in physical stores. Viewtoo presented their app “Zappar”, which transforms physical products into digital form, and HOLOFIL showed their holographic beauty experience offerings. Finally, Revieve provided individual-based skin routines from the analysis of selfies and videos uploaded by users, powered by Artificial Intelligence.
TROFEO 3D EXPERIENCE
All awards around the world have a symbol to recognise and honour the winners, that is why one of the central elements of the Cosmoprof & Cosmopack Awards 2019 was its beautifully designed Trophy. ELSE Corp presented the "Trofeo 3D Experience" that consisted in a 3D representation of the award in all its categories. The experience showed the attendees the potential of 3D commerce in its different formats, starting from High Quality 3D animations shown on a flatscreen, passing to an more engaging tablet experience and finally arriving to holographic images of the trophy.
